Company introduction Namhansanseong Fortress is home to a painful past - it is where King Injo held out against the Qing when they invaded Joseon in 1636. It has a long history of serving as an administrative center during the Joseon Dynasty and the Japanese colonial period. Namhansanseong Fortress was built on the ruins of Jujangseong Fortress erected during the Unified Silla period. It was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage as it provides valuable insight into the development of old weapons and fortification systems in East Asia.
