The Yeoju Ceramic Festival, with its long history as Korea’s first ceramic festival, has been held since 1990 to promote the excellent quality of ceramics from Yeoju. Over the years, the festival has exhibited unique, high-quality ceramic artwork and products. By hosting the World Ceramics Biennale in 2003 and 2005, it is now internationally recognized as the center of ceramics.
