Yangpyeong is located in the middle of the Korean Peninsula surrounding by famous mountain called YoongmoonSan Mountain and the Namhangang and Bukhangang River.

The Yangpyeong Strawberry Festival is opened from February to May.

Visitors can experience how to pick strawberries and make hand-made jam, chocolate fondue, pizza and waffle with strawberries you picked. In order to control all the visitors and keep strawberries in higher quality, each farm has their own opening time and regulation, please visit the websites provided below before you visit and reservation is required.

1. Young Farmer Strawberry Farm

Price – only accept more than 10 people in one group during April and June, no individul visitors during this peak season

            A course (picking only strawberries) adults 15000won Kids from age 7  10000won

            B course (Picking + Making Jam) adults 21000won Kids from age 5 16000won

            C course (Picking + Making strawberry Mochis) adults 23000 Kids from age 5 18000won

Picking Time – 10 am only A course available, 11 am, 2pm available for every course A,B,C

Picking Rule – cannot eat strawberries inside the farm

2. Dumulnaru Strawberry Farm

Price – Adult 15000won Children 10000won

Option – Making strawberry jam 12000won, Making ice cream 3000won,

Strawberry waffle + ice cream 8000 won   Strawberry waffle + topping 6000won

3. Mae-A-Ri Strawberry Farm

Price – under age 6 picking 8000won, Making Jam 6000won

Over age 6 to 13 picking (500g) 10000won, Making Jam 7000won

Over age 13 to adults picking (1kg) 15000won, Making Jam 7000won

Picking Time – Every Monday is closed, Every an hour from 10 am to 4 pm

Picking rules – no reservation required for a group of people

Strawberry season start from early January to the end of June
