'Hurry Up Brother' Filmed in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-do


Hurry Up, Brother!

‘Hurry Up, Brother’ is a Chinese variety show that is based on South Korean series ‘Running Man’.

The Chinese version of the ‘Running Man’ (‘Hurry Up, Brother’) has launched 2014, it is classified as a game variety show, where crew members and guests complete mission at a landmark to win a race. This was second time the Korean and Chinese cast members met for reuniting each other last month in April 2016. The episode concept of ‘Hurry up, Brother’ was ‘Spending a vacation in Korea’ and the Korean cast joined in the middle of the episode to help them out. They filmed and enjoyed this episode in Gapyung-gun (Gyeonggi province).

The places they visited and filmed are ‘River Land’, ‘CASA 32 Boutique Resort & Marina’ and ‘Pette France’.

Cheongpyeong River Land is located in Cheongpyeong Lake which is an artificial lake that formed with the construction of Cheongpyeong Dam in Bukhangang River. This is popular and famous place for summer water recreation activities for locals and foreigners. There are various activities available like water skiing, banana boat, jet skis, motor boats, extreme sport bungee jumping and more. As a sport facility in Gyeonggi-do (province), Cheongpyeong River Land is one of the most scenic spots for bungee jumping.

It offers 50meters height bungee jumping and has 10 meters in depth. Try couple jumps if you are together with someone, and the facility is open from March to late October. Each water leisure sport has different price, but it is 30% cheaper when you use package products they offered.

[Petite France]

Petite France is a small French village consisting of museum, workshops, restaurants, café and a guesthouse. This consist of 16 French-style beautiful buildings with the fairytale concept of Petite Franc ‘flower, stars, and the Little Prince’. Each building has a different theme such as a gallery display sculptures, a souvenir shop, orgel house, and much more French influenced rooms where visitor can experience French culture. Stamp tour and French costume are also available.


This place has been appeared in a lot of Korean dramas and shows, but most recently this place featured on ‘Hurry up, Brother’, where the group played a friendly game of ripping off nametags.
