Pheasant dumpling soup made with homemade pheasant bone broth is the representative menu item. Since the pheasant is not fatty, broth made from pheasant bone has a neat and clean taste as well. Kkwong Chogyetang, served with buckwheat noodles and frozen pheasant broth, is a popular summer delicacy.
