Paju Heyri Pan Art Festival 2016
As Korea’s largest cultural art village, Heyri Art Village in Paju was selected as a cultural district in 2009. It is holding the Heyri Pan Art Festival for 9 days from Oct 1 to 9.
Every year, some 1.2 million people visit the village, which is a representative tourist site in Gyeonggi-do Province. With various cultural facilities such as galleries and museums clustered in the village, visitors can enjoy art while surrounded by the beautiful natural environment and architecture. Owing to its geographical location in Paju-si, Heyri plays a significant role in sublimating freedom and peace into art. The Pan Art Festival will be able to show all the characteristics of Heyri. In particular, since this festival consists of a wider variety of events, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in art all day.
