Suwon IPark Museum of Art, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”
A set of multisensory and fantastic “virtual reality” experiences created with lights and sounds are showcased in the Suwon IPark Museum of Art starting July 14. The exhibit provides an easier approach to the seemingly distant and difficult subjects of virtual reality and media arts by borrowing the beloved childrens’ story Alice in Wonderland. Walking through a virtual tunnel from and back into reality, visitors will have the stunning experience of feeling both continuity and discontinuity in their surroundings – an experience that resembles Alice’s adventure into a virtual world.
