Everland: Christmas Fantasy

November 6, 2015 – December 31, 2015

EverlandChristmasFantasy1

This year, Everland’s Christmas Fantasy runs from November 6 through the end of December. Carols are played throughout the day and Christmas trees are set up around the resort. The festive mood is elevated by illuminated trees, colorful lamps, and lights throughout the amusement park. The highlight of this year’s festival is Romantic Tower Tree, a colossal Christmas tree that can be seen from both inside and outside of the park. It will be installed in the fountain area located between the Rose Garden and the Magic Garden. Standing at over 26 meters, the giant tree with an intricate lighting system will certainly be Everland’s signature landmark that will bring special holiday memories for visitors. The inside of the tree, which will be filled with chandeliers, mirror balls, LED strings, ornaments and decorations, will have a space of approximately 100㎡ where up to 50 people can enjoy the experience of being inside the Christmas tree at the same time.

The Romantic Tower Tree will be open to the public on December 4, 2015 until March 1, 2016. In addition, some 500 meter-long section of the street starting from the park’s entrance will be transformed into the Christmas Avenue. The avenue will feature, among others, “Ever Milky Way” illuminated by 120,000 LED light bulbs hanging as high as eight meters from above, and “Christmas Tree Street” with themes as love, candy, and snowflakes, using actual fir trees and arborvitaes.

Artificial snowflakes will be scattered around to the music of Christmas carols during the White Christmas Parade, and one million light bulbs will be lit during the Moonlight Parade that runs 640 meters. Both parades take place once daily.
