 *Ilsan Lake Park



Located in Janghang-dong, Ilsan, this is the largest artificial lake park in Korea. The park (roughly 1 million m2/300,000m2 for lake) is a clean, beautiful attraction in the Seoul metropolitan area. The 4.7km-long bike trail and 5.8km-long walking trail surrounded by gorgeous lake has made the park a beloved recreational spot among local residents. The park also hosts the Goyang International Flower Show as well as other cultural events and festivals, attracting many visitors year-round.

Opened in August 2003, it is the largest open street shopping mall offering fun cultural and shopping experiences. Consisting of six buildings, the huge mall (60,000m2) is 300m-long and 28m-wide. It received the Best Korean Architectural Culture Award in 2003.

*Latin American Cultural Center


Opened in 1994, it is the only Latin American museum and cultural center in Asia. It exhibits hundreds of cultural relics from Mexico to Argentina that showcase the unique folklore, history, and culture in Latin America. Visitors can not only appreciate the traces of Inca, Maya, and Aztec civilizations, but also taste local Latin American food in the center.
